# Language Translation

The Translate & Adapt app lets you localise your store by adding translations and market-specific content. It allows you to translate product information, sections, and theme text, helping you deliver a tailored experience to customers in different regions. To use this feature, you’ll need to install and configure the Shopify Translate & Adapt app.

### Step 1: Install the Shopify Translate & Adapt App

1. Log in to your **Shopify admin**.
2. Go to the **Shopify App Store**.
3. Search for [**Shopify Translate & Adapt App**](https://apps.shopify.com/translate-and-adapt).
4. Click **Add app** and complete the installation.

### Step 2: Configure Shopify Translate & Adapt App

1. In your Shopify admin, go to **Settings**.
2. From the left menu, select **Languages**.
3. On the Languages page, click **Add language**.
4. Choose your desired language from the list and click **Next**.
5. Enable the language for the appropriate market using its domain, then click **Done**.
6. Click the **three dots** next to the added language and select **Publish**.
7. Click **Translate** to open the translation dashboard.
8. Select **Auto-translate** to automatically translate your store content.
9. Wait until the automatic translation process is completed.
