In Shopify, you can customize the typography settings to match your store's branding.
Step 1 : From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Step 2 : Find the theme that you want to Edit and Click Customize.
Step 3 : Click Theme Settings.
Step 4 : Go to Theme Settings > Typography
In the typography settings, you can customize the font family for your Headings and Body text by selecting your preferred font. You can choose from two types of fonts: Shopify fonts, available in the Customizer, or Google Fonts, which can be searched and embedded directly from Google.
Both the Body font and Heading font can be customized by following these steps.
Step 1 : Select Font from the customizer drop and select the required font for heading and body respectively.
Step 2 : Browse through the available fonts and select the one you want to use.
Step3 : Copy the Embed Code
Step4 : Once you've selected a font, click on the font and choose the styles you need (e.g., Regular, Bold, Italic).
Step5 : On the right-hand side, you'll see an "Embed" section.
Copy the <link> code under the "Standard" tab.
Step6 : Add the embed code to the Custom Heading Font box accurately to ensure the desired changes are applied. As follow the same for the body.
If you want to use a different font for subheadings or other text, you can apply an additional font by choosing either a Google Font or a Shopify Font.
Step 1 : You can also modify the Heading Font size and Body Font size. refer to Figure 1 for the heading font size and Figure 2 for body font size.
